Shipping Policy

daltonbrody.com only ships to addresses in the United States, and APO's. Some restrictions apply. Please check product pages where applicable for more details. Currently we can not ship internationally or to PO boxes from our website. Please call us directly and we will be happy to help you get your merchandise.

In Stock Merchandise
Usually is processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our store) within 3 business days. daltonbrody.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, a Dalton Brody representative will notify you within three business days of your order. All orders are subject to credit approval.

Standard delivery
We deliver via UPS or a comparable delivery service. We use U.S. Postal Service for PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address. Because some of our items are heavy and bulky, these items have an additional processing surcharge. This surcharge is in addition to the listed shipping costs and will be noted in the checkout section of your order.

International Delivery

We cannot accept international orders from our website at this time. Please call the store directly and we will be happy to take care of your international needs.

Returns Policy

Dalton Brody has a 30 day return policy. Your credit card will be credited if the item is received back to us within 30 days. After 30 days items are not returnable or exchangeable. Gifts without a receipt will be issued a store credit that can be used within 6 months.

Personalization Policy

Dalton Brody is happy to personalize many of our different gift items. Please read below for current options and charges. If you have questions about personalization for a specific item, please call the store. All personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable. Rush shipping is available after completion of personalization, which can take from 10 days to 6 weeks. Your credit card will be charged based on the charges described below.

Engraving
We can engrave all the silver frames with a name, date or monogram. All men’s items (cufflinks or money clips) can also be engraved. Please mark in the comments section both the language you want engraved, where you want it engraved (top or bottom, horizontal or vertical) as well as the font selection, either block or script.

Pricing        $20 for each line
Timing:        5-10 business days

Embroidery
We can personalize napkins, throws, men’s and women’s clothing and baby items with beautiful embroidery. Please mark in the comments section both the letters or language you want, where you want it personalized (top or bottom, horizontal or vertical) as well as the font selection, either block or script. Please also indicate a color selection.

Pricing:        $16 for each line
Timing:         10 business days

Glass Etching
All items that are etched will be done exactly as shown, please enter the information for personalization in the comments section. Size of text is determined by the item.

Pricing:        $35 for first 10 characters
                 $60 for first 25 characters
Timing:         4-6 weeks

Hand-painted items
The chairs and stools in the children’s section are hand-painted. Please note the information for personalization in the comments section. In addition to text, please indicate color preference and upper/lower caps.

Pricing:        $20 for first name
Timing:         5-10 business days if chair or stool is in stock

Leather Stamping
All items that are stamped will take approximately two weeks. Please note the information for personalization in the comments section. All items will be stamped in gold in the lower right corner unless otherwise specified. Center stamping is an additional charge of $10 per item.

Pricing:         $10 for first line
                 $5 for each additional line

Gift Wrap & Messages

Gift Wrap
Let us package and wrap your gifts. The Dalton Brody staff will wrap the gift appropriate for the occasion. (please note in comments section) One item per box: (not available on all items). To have an item gift wrapped please check the gift wrap box.

Gift Messages
You can also create a personalized gift message written on a beautiful Dalton Brody gift card. Please include your message on the comments section of your order. Your message will be delivered along with your shipment.
